We employ top-of-the-line direct-to-fabric printing technology to deliver exceptional results
Our flag production process incorporates three distinct printing methods: Screen Printing, Heat Transfer, and Digital Printing. Screen printing is executed either manually or with the assistance of machines, while digital printing is accomplished through advanced digital imaging technology.
Digital Printing Solutions for Bespoke Flags
Digital printing leverages advanced technology to consistently produce crisp and vibrant outcomes, unrestricted by color limits. This method is perfect for intricate patterns and high-resolution images, making it suitable for small orders (such as one or two flags) and expedited production schedules. It utilizes a full-color printing technique to accommodate a broad spectrum of hues, with no minimum order requirement for custom flags.
Custom flags with Heat Transferring
Heat Transfer Printing employs a unique technique that involves printing designs—be it portraits, landscapes, or any other visuals—onto sublimation paper using sublimation ink. Upon heating to a specific temperature, the image from the paper is impressively transferred onto textile fabric, yielding vivid colors.
This method excels with detailed graphics and high-resolution photographs, making it ideal for small batch productions, such as one or two flags, with a fast turnaround time. It features a full-color printing capability to embrace a wide range of colors, without imposing a minimum order limit on custom flags.
