How long is production?
Production times for small orders take 2-3 days, which includes weekends.
Production times for larger orders depend on quantity. We can turn around large volumes quicker than many of our competitors.
Rush orders are available for a small fee. The timing on rush orders is dependent on the number and quantity of orders we’re processing, but you can rest assured that we will do whatever we can to meet your needs!

How are items shipped?
We prefer to use StarTrack for a couple of important reasons. Not only do they deliver all over Australia, they offer quick delivery times. We enjoy special rates with StarTrack, which means we can pass the savings on to you. They also offer a tracking number so you can follow your package once it has shipped.
Australian Express Post another great delivery service option that we utilize when sending orders to PO boxes and rural addresses. This is the quickest and most reliable option in these cases.
If you prefer using a different shipping method, you are welcome to do so. Just make sure you let us know when you place your order!
